1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the 36ji platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of 36ji, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 36ji website or mobile platform. 36ji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a 36ji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) 36ji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a 36ji account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify 36ji immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

36ji may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 36ji are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 36ji supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your 36ji account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 36ji does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 36ji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be fraudulent.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 36ji account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the 36ji platform.
• 36ji targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

36ji offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 36ji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 36ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, 36ji's decision shall be final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 36ji platform — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Fishing, Pool Rummy, Bingo, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• 36ji uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 36ji will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 36ji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• 36ji reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36ji platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 36ji platform.
• Using the 36ji platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 36ji staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

36ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 36ji, other players, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 36ji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

You may close your 36ji account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

9 Responsible Gaming

36ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 36ji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 36ji content without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36ji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 36ji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, or connectivity issues.
• Any errors or omissions in platform content.

36ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 36ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 36ji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 36ji's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the 36ji platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

36ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 36ji platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
